Refund Policy

Return Window:

You have a 5-day return period from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Limitations:
  • To initiate a return, email us at [your_email@example.com]. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Damages and Issues:
  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there’s an issue like a defective item, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong product for resolution.
  • We deal in Manufacturer Sealed Products. We are not liable for manufacturing defects or imperfections in packaging, including but not limited to slight tears in plastic, corner dings, scuffs, or other minor packaging flaws. The contents are sealed and packed by the manufacturer.
No Shrink Policy:
  • For tampered or no-shrink boxes, you must record the unboxing process with the packs in view at all times. The video should include a timestamp, your name, and order number to prevent video reuse. No-shrink boxes with dents are not eligible for refunds since they are meant to be opened.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items like perishables, custom orders, and personal care products cannot be returned. This also applies to hazardous, flammable, or gaseous materials. Contact us if you have queries about your specific item.
Exchanges:
  • The quickest way to get the correct item is to return what you have and make a new purchase after your return is accepted.
Refunds:
  • We’ll notify you once we’ve inspected your return to inform you if a refund is approved. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, with additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • All cancellations incur a 10% processing fee.
Pre-Order Policy:
  • No refunds or returns are available for pre-order items, which are ordered specifically based on customer commitments.
Discount Codes:
  • If you forget to apply a discount code, no adjustments will be made post-purchase. We will not retroactively apply discounts or issue new codes. Cancellations still incur the 10% fee.
Bot Usage:
  • If you’re caught using a bot to purchase items, your order will be canceled, your IP will be banned, and you’ll face a 10% fee.
