Domestic Shipping Policy

Payment for Shipping:

Please note that the shipping fee you pay covers only the transit time once your package is handed over to the USPS. If you select a priority service like Priority Mail, this priority applies only after we’ve transferred your package to USPS.

Processing Time:
  • Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, there might be slight delays. Please consider allowing extra days for delivery. If there’s a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., including U.S. Territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
  • You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number should become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • Decked Out Collectibles is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
  • Once a package is handed over to USPS or UPS, ownership transfers to the buyer. We cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost, stolen, held by customs, or arrive damaged.
